How it works

A scrollable model to understand the program, activate partnerships and measure learning.

The page explains the full TRAMA BCN journey: territorial diagnosis, intercultural education, cultural mediation, community documentation, indicators and public reporting.

Methodology

A situated methodology in six stages.

TRAMA BCN does not start from a fixed format. Each activation is designed according to the territory, available facilities, participating communities and institutional objectives of each partner.

01 — Diagnose

Listen to the territory

Identification of neighborhoods, civic facilities, local agents, cultural needs, potential publics and activation conditions.

02 — Design

Turn diagnosis into a curatorial and educational framework

Definition of the narrative, mediation formats, educational materials, planned indicators and relationship with potential partners.

03 — Activate

Launch proximity-based cultural processes

Activation of conversations, workshops, mediation, artistic presence, public activities or community documentation according to each context.

04 — Document

Build public memory of the process

Visual, narrative and methodological record of learning, relationships, materials produced and forms of participation.

05 — Measure

Read generated value with prudence

Use of process, participation, education, documentation and institutional reporting indicators, always with source and measurement period.

06 — Report

Share learning with partners and communities

Preparation of summaries, reports, public materials or institutional returns that help improve future activations.

TRAMA BCN is in the design and institutional articulation phase. This page describes the planned working model and does not present operational outcomes as executed.

Education

Intercultural education and civic learning.

TRAMA BCN’s educational line turns artistic and documentary processes into tools for learning, dialogue and civic participation. It can be activated with schools, universities, libraries, civic centers, museums, foundations and neighborhood organizations.

Educational mediation

Pathways and materials connecting contemporary art, urban memory and migrated experiences.

Civic learning

Conversations and workshops focused on listening, coexistence, belonging and critical reading of the territory.

Learning materials

Dossiers, guides, visual resources and formats adaptable to educational or cultural institutions.

Mediation · Documentation · Indicators

Mediation, documentation and indicators

The model combines cultural activation with community documentation and responsible measurement. Before communicating results, each indicator must have a source, period, methodology and context.

Cultural mediation

Processes connecting artworks, spaces, communities and institutions.

Community documentation

Recording processes, learning and memories without replacing the voice of participants.

Prudent indicators

Measurement of participation, materials produced, partnerships activated and documented learning without overstating unverified impact.

Indicators

Mediation, documentation and indicators

The model combines cultural activation with community documentation and responsible measurement. Before communicating results, each indicator must have a source, period, methodology and context.

Public reporting

Share learning with partners and communities

Preparation of summaries, reports, public materials or institutional returns that help improve future activations.
